Business and LinkedIn headshots

As a headshot photographer, my goal is to capture your authenticity, personality, approachability, confidence and trustworthiness.
You do not get a second chance to make a first impression, so make sure you show yourself in best possible light, especially when you are likely to be "meeting" people for the first time online these days.
Your business/LinkedIn headshot is often the first contact people have with you so professionally taken headshot is vital!

Actor headshot in B&W

Around 1988 I got my first SLR camera and had my first experience working in darkroom. That was fun but whole workflow after all didn't fit quite to my temperament. That time I was more involved in painting which
gave me absolutely sense of freedom. No expensive gear, no waiting for time slot to get darkroom and so on, but I know someday  I'll get back to photography.
After many years the digital camera has been born and since 2006 I've keeping finger on the shutter button.
Digital output in color looks usually great if you make sure your exposition, WB, light source  is OK, but I had really hard time to find good B&W conversion tool. There is something extraordinary in Black and White pictures, seems to me that some models looks simply nicer, in some cases B&W reveal unseen in color depth of personality. Couple month ago I've start to use quite good plug-in which simulate different  types of analog films created by DxO, I have to say I love it !
In my work as Headshot photographer I am actually often asked by my clients about B&W version of their headshots as some of Dublin based agents still prefer B&W headshots...

Dysfunctional Love

I have been working recently in AGNI Acting Studio in Dublin during their preparation for annual showcase.
This year AGNI presents:..."Dysfunctional Love" a series of 10 minutes plays and Etude scenes.
I do as much as possible theatrical photography, particularly during rehearsals when scenes has been born, characters are getting shape. I am trilled having the opportunity to capture those fleeting moments.
My major job is actually ACTOR HEADSHOT photography and this time I had pleasure to shot some of young actors around the Pearse theater. My first model was emerging actor Ivan Marquez, very interesting face and huge potential.

                                          Actor headshot: Ivan Marquez
My second model that day was Sophie Malaika- beautiful and interesting young actress. This time I was shoting indoor, using natural light from quite large window.
